London's poetry scene is always changing, but for those on Facebook the group Poetry In London is one of the best ways of keeping your finger on the pulse.

What: Sage and Time Hosted by Anna Le, SAGE & TIME is a forum where artists evoke the same sentiments in their audiences as those that stirred them to befriend the pen. SAGE & TIME seeks sagacious and timely acts and serves them up on a monthly basis for your tasting pleasure and encourages you to share a dish of your own.

What: Jawdance, Rich Mix bar will pulsate with poems, vibrate with verbs, and spill over with spoken word. We’re inviting you to sprawl out on the sofas and help us soak it up. Get there early to grab a sought-after open-mic slot. Because, deep down, we’re all poets, aren’t we?

What: Poetry Jam, the most awe inspiring chaos known to the poeting universe. Who knows how many features you'll see (or when the event will actually finish!) but who cares when they are all of such quality. Open mic can be pretty darn good too and with such a warm host you can't go wrong!

What: Chill Pill A mellow music and Spoken Word night that's all about chillin'.
